Drop your files, pick the target format and download the result — one by one or as a single ZIP. Change the format or quality with files already loaded and they are re-converted automatically.
Which format should you choose? WebP is the best option for the web: better compression than JPEG plus PNG-style transparency. JPEG remains the universal standard for photos. PNG is the pick when you need lossless transparency or plan to keep editing.
How it works
- 1
Drag your images in (mixed formats are fine).
- 2
Select the target format and quality.
- 3
Download the converted files or the full ZIP.
Frequently asked questions
Which formats can I convert?
You can load PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, BMP or AVIF and export to WebP, JPEG or PNG, individually or in batches with ZIP download. For animated GIFs, the first frame is converted.
Do I lose quality when converting?
Exporting to PNG is lossless. With WebP or JPEG you control quality with the slider: at 80–90% the difference from the original is imperceptible for most images.
What happens to transparency?
WebP and PNG keep it. JPEG does not support transparency, so transparent areas are automatically filled with white.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens inside your browser using the Canvas API: your files never leave your device, there are no upload queues, and the tool even works offline once the page has loaded.
