Frequently asked questions
What opacity and size should I use?
To protect without ruining the photo: 50–70% opacity at 4–6% size in a corner. For catalogs that must not be reused, tiled mode at 30–40% opacity covers the whole image.
Can I watermark many photos at once?
Yes: the mark is applied with the same settings to the whole batch, and its size scales with each image, so it stays consistent across different resolutions.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens inside your browser using the Canvas API: your files never leave your device, there are no upload queues, and the tool even works offline once the page has loaded.
